Terms of Service

1. What the service provides

GameLoc Signal monitors public game-project signals and prepares evidence-backed localization opportunity briefs matched to a customer's verified languages, portfolio, preferences, and team capacity.

• A verified website registrant may request one free sample containing 2 matched opportunities.
• The monthly plan is USD 39 per month and provides 2 emails per month with 3 opportunities in each email.
• The annual plan is USD 399 per year and provides 24 emails over the year, paced at 2 emails per month, with 3 opportunities in each email.

2. Public signals and no outcome guarantee

Opportunity briefs are research and matching outputs based on public information. They are not exclusive leads, legal or financial advice, or confirmation that a developer has approved a localization budget.

We do not guarantee that a project owner will reply, purchase services, remain active, or enter an agreement with you. You are responsible for your own outreach, due diligence, pricing, contracts, and delivery decisions.

3. Accounts and verification

• Provide accurate account, company, capability, and portfolio information.
• Submit only websites, profiles, and work that you own or are authorized to represent.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• We may reject, pause, or re-review a profile when ownership or capability claims cannot be reasonably verified.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown during checkout until canceled. Prices, currency, taxes, and the next billing interval are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the third-party provider shown at checkout; the initial launch uses Creem.

• Canceling stops future renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancel through an available payment-provider management flow or email hello@gamelocsignal.com from the account email.
• A failed or disputed payment may pause or end future service.
• Current pricing and plan details on the pricing and checkout pages form part of these Terms.

5. Delivery and fair use

Delivery begins after payment confirmation and profile verification. Annual delivery is paced monthly; purchasing an annual plan does not create a right to receive all 24 emails immediately.

• Do not resell, publish, scrape, or redistribute briefs as a database or competing lead product.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or misleading claims.
• Reasonable schedule changes may occur when source facts require re-verification; we will not knowingly fill a delivery with opportunities that fail the stated quality threshold.

6. Intellectual property and submitted information

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to use submitted profile and portfolio information only as reasonably necessary to verify your claims, match opportunities, operate the service, prevent abuse, and support your account. Our research format, selection logic, site content, and service branding remain ours or our licensors'.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an account for fraud, false ownership claims, abuse, payment reversal, security risk, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled under Section 4.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

The service is provided with reasonable care but public sources can change or be incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameLoc Signal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost contracts, lost profits, or decisions made from an opportunity brief. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for service, legal, or operational changes. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through the site or account email when required. Questions can be sent to hello@gamelocsignal.com.
